"Have a homeowners policy with State Farm through Adam Jackson's agency I had some questions regarding the renewal and policy terms I called the agency and spoke with Charles. He answered every question I asked and if he didn't know the answer he researched it and called me back. I learned quite a bit about the policy and what it covers and what the different limits mean. Charles was very knowledgeable,and concerned that I was completely satisfied.
